Your vision: Tell me about your project
Fill out the form (link to form) with as many details as you want (even if they are few or disorganized). You might come with a precise idea, a thousand possibilities floating in your head, or simply an intuition you don't yet know how to define. I am here to help you transform it into a solid and exciting project.

Expert advice and initial exchanges
You will receive my response within 1-3 business days. From there, we will start shaping your project together. I will ask you for any necessary additional information and we will explore all options that fit what you are looking for. This phase may include several exchanges, always with one clear objective: to define your project accurately, tailor it to your expectations, and ensure the final result is exactly what you imagine.

Clear quote
Once your project is fully defined, you will receive a transparent, clear, and non-binding quote. It will include everything we have agreed upon: from assembly (if applicable) to the estimated shipping time and the frequency of updates. My goal is for you to have all the information from the start, so you can make your decision confidently knowing what to expect at every step of the process.

The project begins!
To kick off your project, an initial payment of 50% is required plus the cost of the miniatures (if you prefer that we purchase them for you). The service of acquiring them has no additional cost: you will only pay for the models themselves. If you prefer to send them to me yourself, you would only need to pay the initial 50%. At this moment, everything would be ready for your project to start taking shape immediately!
Models reception and assembly
Once the miniatures arrive, you will be asked for your assembly preferences. Once I have both your instructions and your models, your project will start coming to life. Every detail is given meticulous attention, ensuring each piece perfectly reflects your vision.
Test model
The next step will be to complete a test model so you can see how your vision is taking shape. You will be able to check the style, details, and finition. Any feedback and suggestions will be welcomed. The rest of the miniatures will then follow this same pattern, avoiding surprises and ensuring that your entire project reflects exactly what you envisioned from the start.

Regular Updates
You will receive an email every 10 days with the status of your project, so you are always aware of how it is progressing. I will keep you updated during all the process and, as soon as possible, I will send you photographs that allow you to check the quality and suggest any adjustments you wish. Occasionally, I may request additional information to ensure everything continues exactly according to your expectations.

Final Photos
When your project is finished, you will receive photographs of the completed ensemble for you to review and approve. If necessary, final adjustments will be made to ensure everything is exactly to your liking.

Final Payment and Shipping
Anywhere in the world! After your approval, the remaining 50% payment will be processed and all your miniatures will be carefully shipped, individually packaged and secured to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. That way, receiving your project will be as satisfying as watching it take shape.
